Elite Membership is for experienced HR consultants and Fractional HR leaders who are serious about growing their business, elevating their brand, and collaborating with a trusted community of like-minded, entrepreneurial HR professionals.

Elite Membership gives you priority access to high-paying client opportunities along with enhanced visibility as an Elite Fractional HR Professional. You’ll also benefit from a collaborative peer network, thought leadership opportunities, and exclusive discounts on HR tools and resources.

Elite Membership is $300 Membership for 2026 — non-refundable. These are introductory rates, and pricing may increase in the future.

The deadline for the $500 lifetime Membership rate is December 31, 2025; Starting Jan 1st, 2026 – ONLY the $300 annual pricing will be available and may change in the future with advance communication.

To become an official Elite Member, you will simply review and sign the Elite Member agreement, answer a survey. And then you pay for Elite Membership, all through our website: HR4HR.work then “HR4HR Community” tab.

Yes — you will have the opportunity to review the full agreement before signing and submitting payment. Ask for a copy to Admin@hr4hr.work

For ALL Member projects, the client engages with HR4HR directly. You will be subcontracted under HR4HR, who will also manage your payments — while you still maintain your status as a 1099 contractor.

HR4HR prepares all client contract agreements. When you’re introduced to a new client, you’ll review and confirm the project scope, timeline, and expectations before deciding whether to move forward. HR4HR will finalize the agreement with the client and share it with you before you accept the assignment.

Yes — Elite Members can review client contract terms and request edits or adjustments in alignment with the client and HR4HR. Final edits to be approved by HR4HR, LLC and the Client.

HR4HR will build the SOW for ALL Members to sign prior to starting a contract or work.

HR4HR partners with referrals, client partnerships, and word of mouth to source client opportunities; however, leads are not guaranteed. Projects are matched on a case-by-case basis, with Elite Members considered first — taking into account your HR discipline, experience, geographic location, and availability to ensure the best fit for client needs.

Elite Members earn 70% of the fee for client projects they take on. If you refer a client, you cannot take on, HR4HR will fill the role with another top-tier Fractional HR professional, and you will earn 10% of the collected billings for up to 6 months.

Yes — Elite Members will have access to HR4HR marketing materials to share on social media. You can also reshare or repost content from TU Jacobs and Katie (Beirne) Corum’s LinkedIn accounts.

Yes — Elite Members are required to carry E&O insurance when assigned onto a client contract.

No — you are not required to bring your existing or new clients to HR4HR. However, if you receive job leads that do not fit your bandwidth or expertise, you can refer them to HR4HR and receive a referral bonus based on 10% of billings up to 6 months.

Elite Members are expected to actively engage in Circle (formerly Slack) by sharing templates, tools, and support. They should attend at least one sales call and one Friday HR4HR meeting each month, and host or co-host a topic of interest to the HR4HR community every 3–6 months. Members are encouraged to contribute to resource building and participate in Circle discussions.
