Becoming an Active Member

To join and be considered an Active #HR4HR Member, there are just 4 simple requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition, based in the U.S. (50 states).

  2. Guidelines: Sign the HR4HR Guidelines (email tu@hr4hr.work for a copy).

  3. Participation: Attend at least 1 meeting every 2 months (calls are held bi-weekly on Fridays at 10 AM PST).

  4. Contribution: Support fellow HR professionals, share your expertise, and foster an open, welcoming environment.
